India is a multilingual country. Most of us are bilingual as we speak in mother tongue and English. So we often do code switching subconsciously. If we observe carefully we have been using English words while speaking so much so that we actually do not know the word in Tamil.During morning assembly the topic chosen was to throw light on this very aspect. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the quiz and we were glad to see that our kids do know the words in Tamil,though we often use the English word for it while we speak.
